How does the NeckEase stretcher work?
It uses gentle cervical traction — the same principle physical therapists use — to decompress the spine, relax tight muscles, and restore your neck's natural curve. You simply lie down and rest your neck on it.
How long should I use it for?
Start with 5 minutes a day. Work up to 10–15 minutes as your neck adjusts. Most customers feel noticeable relief within the first week.
Is it comfortable?
The first few sessions can feel intense — that's the decompression working. After a few days, most people find it deeply relaxing. If it ever feels painful (not just intense), stop and consult a physical therapist.
Who should NOT use it?
Avoid use if you have severe disc disease, recent neck injury or surgery, advanced osteoporosis, or any condition where spinal traction is contraindicated. Talk to your doctor first if unsure.
What's it made of?
Medical-grade EVA foam with a non-slip base. Latex-free, hypoallergenic, and easy to clean.
How do I clean it?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. No machine wash.
